Day of Giving
Once a year, volunteers descend on the Boystown Complex for a full day of service: warm meals, hygiene kits, games, performances, and hands-on time with children and elders alike.

A day that brings the whole complex together
The Day of Giving is our longest-running tradition at Boystown. Volunteers from MyOutDesk and the wider MOD community serve packed lunches, distribute hygiene kits and toiletries, and run games and activities suited to every age group, from the youngest children to the elders.
More than a single day of service, it is a chance for residents to be seen, celebrated, and reminded that a whole community stands behind them.
Every Day of Giving
Each year the tradition grows: more volunteers, more meals, and more moments that matter.

How to join the movement
Join us at the Boystown orphanage and senior living facility, where our work over the past eight years has improved the lives of over 600 residents. With the help of dedicated virtual professionals from MyOutDesk and the generous support of our community, family, friends, and MOD clients, we have made real progress. There is still more to do.
Right now, more than 40 seniors with varying medical needs are housed in a temporary large tent because the main senior building is overcrowded. Our immediate goal is to build housing that gives up to 50 seniors stable shelter and the dignity of proper beds and living conditions. Your support goes directly to this project. Donate today and help us give these seniors the quality of life they deserve.
